  Hands down the best pizza in EI. Great catering food, consistently delicious take out dinners. Owner is always accommodating and helpful. Try the eggplant marinara slice and the penne ala vodka is must have!

  Absolutely love this place. The food is always as expected, delicious and hot. The counter girls are always accommodating, sweet, and cheerful. The owner is always making sure that customers get the help they deserve and making sure every order is right. The only pizza place I will ever go to. Great service, a ton of specialty slices to choose from, and a top knotch cook for all your pasta and hero cravings.

  Been to Martino's many of time for lunch and dinner and felt it was about time I give this great little pizzeria in the heart of East Islip its due . The food is always good and always more than enough. The standard neapolitan pizza is some of the best around as is the grandam pizza. I work in an office in the area and the staff will either order in / get take out (Martino's delivers) for lunch or about once a week we'll get out and eat at the pizzeria. Sometimes we'll go for Pasta Night on Tuesdays when my wife and I will get the Penne Alla Vodka (Sooo Good). I had them cater Christmas Eve this year. They did a great job. Their fried calamari was to die for as per my wife. Best Bang for the buck in the area in our opinion.

  I cannot get Italian food from anywhere else because I know it won't be as good. This is the best place around. Good service, great food, but limited seating so get there first, or get it delivered, but either way get your Italian from Martinos.

  Wish I could rate a zero , but that's not an option. I've gone to martino's fir two reasons. It's convenient, and one counter girl, Caroline, is a family friend. Other than that, the food is good, but the service is not. I've gone in many times, and more often than not, my order is wrong. Dressing when I specifically ask NO DRESSING on a sandwich. Peppers when don't ask for them. Nore martinis for me.
