  We live in East Islip. First to the new H2O since Beachtree which we loved. Ok service, menu is geared for high profit. Our food was mediocre at best. Go elsewhere for seafood and sushi. Unfortunately we wont be going back.

  Finally! Great seafood on the south shore. Excellent dining experience. Food, service and atmosphere. The appetizers and entrées were all great. We selected all seafood dishes, crabmeat cocktail, shrimp cocktail, swordfish, stuffed flounder, all delicious!

  Was a bit disappointed at H2O in East Islip tonight. We sat at the back of the first floor. Every time they would wheel the service cart, the ground and our table would shake. Our drinks were watered down. Our empty salad dishes sat in front of us as the bus boy just look at them and walked away. Finally a manager took them. Dinner was good but at room temp. Again the dishes sat there as I even moved them to the side. Again the bus boy walked by and the manager picked them up. Other than that, the waitress was excellent. Smithtown location 10 times better.
